Right clicking on any file in the drive, selecting the Kenesto Menu and then "versions" will show a list of the document versions available. Versions in Kenesto is each saved point of a file and is not linked to check in / out or any other function. Save versions of a file are not revisions.
Kenesto Allows the user to switch to or download of a specific version (save point) of a file.
This can also be accessed from the web interface at app.kenesto.com when you look at a file.
To change the version of a file, select the version desired and confirm the action when the pop-up window appears. In the case of a vaulted file, you will need to check it out in advance of changing version.
We also encourage users to also make notes or comments against the version to notate any changes.
Please note that the owner listed in the above screenshots is the person that saved that version of the file.
With SolidWorks, Kenesto allows the use of the "File Dependency Explorer", rolling an entire assembly back to a specific date.
